Missing Parts

Spirits stay with you
Spirits keep us moving
But mine don't
Mine runs in the wind.

Shadows are the time of sun
Shadows shows in darkness
But mine don't
Mine hustles into the pitch white.

Minds keeps you on track
Minds knows what you do
But mine don't
Mine twists everything I know.

I have lost my spirit.
I have lost my shadow.
I have lost my mind.
I have A heart though.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

All that you have lost can be found if you make a serious effort to turn that frown upside down. It is the shortest link between two people. Friends with a brighter day can be found right outside your front door. Hello shows you the path and the first foot forward starts the journey. Welcome to the Soup. TLee
