Defeated

Have you ever
experienced a back
lashing?
By a thick, pliable whip?
It's nothing compared to
her tongue lashing,
An egregiously scalding
dip.

Have you ever carried
a
thorny crown?
With such comfort on
your
brow?
It's nothing compared to
her piercing frown,
So intense it fills one's
soul with awe.

Her fury, only Hades
can
compare
Yet he dares drizzle
blood
on her boisterous flame.
Her fate struck, she
prowls in gloom and
more,
in shame.
The lamb did snatch
victory in the tigress's
lair!
