Good-Byes Hurt

You caught my eye, you got my heart,
it's going to be hard when we part.
Seeing you is like a dream come true,
because I never thought I would fall in love with you.
~~~~~~~
I've run out of answers, I'm running out of time,
I'm so confused that I'm losing my mind.
It's going to take a miracle to help me this time,
traveling on a road that has not one sign.
~~~~~~~
My time is almost up and you're going away,
I never got the chance to do or say what I wanted to say.
I know I say "I love you" all the time,
but you don't know how I really, truely feel inside.
~~~~~~~
If there was a level any higher than "Love",
what I feel would be so high above.
I know you don't always tell or show me how you feel,
but I know that your feelings are real.
~~~~~~~
I know I can be very protective sometimes,
but I'm only trying to keep my love, my partner in crime.
Minutes away or miles apart,
you are my baby and you'll always be in my heart.
Whether it is 6 months or 6 years time,
I'm always going to be waiting for you to be permanently be mine.
