Hook in

Do you like small church?
I do
Sing the old hymns in the book
Congregate with a small group of people
Everyone knows your name
I found I like that
For a longest time I did not go to church
after my pastor died
I just felt like I hadn’t found a church yet
until a co-worker told me about a dinner
she had at a church
That got my curiosity up
And suddenly I want to go to church
You think that’s a coincidence?
No - God plans it and directs it
Remember “ A person’s steps are directed by the Lord…”(Proverbs 20:24)
I feel so blessed today singing those hymns
and listen to the words of the preacher
My pastor Donna
I tell you if you haven’t plugged in
take a moment to find out what you want
Do you want to go to church?
What are your reasons to go to church?
To be connected to someone? Other people?
God?
To learn more about God - His teachings?
Whatever your reasons
God will help you through and sort out
and lead out
and put you where you need to be
God is the Fulfiller of wishes
So wish, okay?
The subject today was the Trinity
as it is Trinity Sunday
God - the Father
God - the Son Jesus
God - the Holy Spirit
Did you know that?
I sure didn’t
Thought there are three individuals
That’s why we should go to church
That’s one of the reasons
- to learn something new
Did I talk too much already? Lol
