Ruined Me

I was innocent,

my body pure,

but i ruined it,

of that im sure.

more on the inside,

than could be done on the out,

my heart is a disaster,

i want to scream and shout.

looking for love,

at such a young age,

i had it at one point,

but it all went away.

i felt it with him,

and maybe him too,

but ive never felt love,

the way i did with you.

this is something,

i have to overcome,

this seems impossible,

but i know it can be done.

i dont want to think of you,

nor do i want you in my
dreams,

but you just told me you love
me,

or so thats how it seems.

you stared into my soul,

and you swept me off my feet,

you told me lies,

lies that were so sweet.

i dont want to believe it,

but i know it must be true,

im alone again,

but thats really nothing new.

i wanted you to be mine,

so loving and divine.

but life isn't easy,

and life isn't fair.

just know that when you need
me,

i will always be there.
