The Sun

Standing on the beach; awaiting the orange ball to break the murky darkness.
It awakens the day; the same way you have awoken my heart.
The glow filling the sky; like your love filling my life.
The warmth spreading across the sand; like your warmth against my skin.
The sun spills over the shore; as your light fills my soul.
