Autumn
Fire’s orange-yellow color,
Gives the room a joyous aurora,
Smell of lovely smoke,
Wafts up your nose,
And the crackle of the warming fire,
Fills the room and all the house.
Children poking at each other’s backs,
Laughing and singing to the songs they know,
Holding hands with their best friends,
Eating all the food in sight,
Shouting and joking with everyone around.
Fun and games the adults all share,
Wine and olives making everyone merry,
Adults all telling their favorite jokes,
Love and friendship flying through the air.
