Breath It In

Breath it in; do you feel it?
The surge of energy, flowing beneath.

Barred from stress; darkness consumed.
Heat intensified from the beat of your chest.

All the power, all the rage,
Walls beside you; crumbling, tumbling down.

Stand tall; watch it fall.

The pain, the anger radiating within.
Hands on your head; why hold it in?

One step forward, light explodes all around.
Your very life briefly stopped; strands of time; frozen.

Breath it in; do you feel it?
The release of energy, flowing beneath.

Stand tall; acquit it all.
