As If We Never Said Goodbye

You and I living together in a vacuum,
With separate gazes as I close my eyes
You hear the sighs, unattended and inert--
The night cloaking us in darkened mantle
Wishing it could pull a starglow to end
The distance from ripping apart at the seams;
And align what could bind or unbind us finally.

How sadly lovely Rora. Nothing worse than a stagnant relationship.
