Over At Last

Done are the harsh words that we said a while ago
Gone are the hurting glances that made us feel low
The deafening silence and the cold shoulder are finally over
Are we still mad, are we still fighting, Not anymore.

When we shout when we fight-a very bad sight
In our hearts in our minds -we know it's not right
The fight that we had has finally ceased
Let’s focus on good things we should not miss

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
