Where

Where along the way did we lose the things of youth? Where along the way did we lose those embeded truths? Was it in our teenage years when we knew everything and rebelled? Was it in our twenties when we thought we found ourselves? Or, was it when we became so vain, because of this self serving world, that we lost the thingss we held so dear, and now can't find them where we look. To God I pray that I can feel the way I did back then. When a simple glass of lemonade or whisper in the wind. Would mean so much I'd have to run and tell the first person I saw. Where oh wher along the way did we lose what once was ours?
