Show

I'll never show,
I'll never show the pain again,
Those tears you saw,
Will never be opened again,
I'll stand braced at the floodgates,
I'll never show even on my darkest days,
I'll never tell you that you meant that you mean anything to me,
I'll be dead before I open up again,
These tears show my fears,
These tears show my weaknesses/inabilities,
I'll stand ready to die then to cry,
So stand back while I drive this razor through this flesh,
This forearm has seen bloody lines,
I'll show you blood before tears,
I'm no man,
I'm a boy,
I give up and run away,
I'll take my stand and fight for this,
I give in to my demons and scream for freedom/peace,
No one will listen,
I'll die before I ever let these tears go.
