Inferno
What great power the inferno holds.
Decimation.
Engulfed with fire and turned to ash.
Anticipating the limbs to catch ablaze.
With golden eyes, they gazed upon each soaring ember.
The flames danced to the cries of the owl.
With agony and love, it screamed to the everlasting stars.
Burning the old oak of its mere existence.
Beneath the sky, the inferno flourished.
