And When I Turn Behind

And when I turn behind
I am always down by what I find.
Some important papers of my father,
Which now he don't even remember,
Some photos preserved by my mother,
Losing the one makes her bother.
White pages that have turned yellow with time,
Mother adjusting her glasses to read them and rewind.
Few memories kept in father's old briefcase,
He calls me to show them with teary eyes and face.
Passed the day when he was my protector,
Now I keep an eye on his little endeavor.
Mother being strong,
Still struggling from long.
My lord bestow them now an everlasting happiness,
Bring them peace and eternal bliss.
Most difficult is to leave them alone at this stage,
Who kept us nurturing their entire age.
And when I turn behind
These all are very painful to find!
