Lupus

I live each day in agony,
No I don't understand
Why God let's me suffer,
With pain in my legs, hips and hands
I have a disease called Lupus,
Somedays I can not move
Yet every day is what we make it,
We simply have to choose
To give in to pain or just give up,
Not something I wish to do
I will fight with all my might,
Yes God will bring me through
Then when I lay my head to rest,
Tears running so deep
I simply say a "special" prayer,
For God to help me sleep
