Walking High
You will only wonder why I could never see to believe
To say good bye
Approving all of what I believe is wrong
But just watching
For if said something it worsens
So then wait
Deprived of what is yours
And not knowing what to hold in hand with gratitude
And what is needed to let go with an open hand
Somewhat special but never taken for granite
In the walk for the slow race to win it all back exactly the way it was given
