# You and the Stars
The night arrived in silent grace,
Painting silver across the sky,
And there you stood, a gentle light,
Brighter than the stars on high.
The moon whispered secrets to the sea,
The wind carried dreams from afar,
Yet nothing in the endless heavens
Compared to the wonder of who you are.
I watched the constellations dance,
Their ancient stories softly told,
But your eyes held deeper mysteries
Than all the galaxies could hold.
The stars may shine for countless years,
Burning through the darkest night,
Yet one smile from you awakens
A thousand suns of golden light.
Sometimes I think the stars are jealous,
Watching from their distant place,
Knowing their beauty fades beside
The warmth and glow of your embrace.
And when the world feels cold and lost,
When shadows hide the road ahead,
You become my guiding heaven,
A constellation where I'm led.
So let the stars adorn the sky,
Let them sparkle, drift, and roam,
For wherever you may be tonight,
That is where the stars call home.
Because the heavens hold their beauty,
And the universe plays its part,
But among the stars and endless skies,
You are the brightest in my heart.
