While Youre Away

Soft as the wind,
his touch I feel,
when he's away, still so real.
Like a song I should sing,
unburden my heart,
keepsakes my baby,
never too far.
A rose, it shall whisper,
his words,
lullaby,
keep talking, I hear it,
so soft and so shy.
The breath of my love,
I take in so deep,
a soul that is tender,
and never to keep.
Embracing a memory,
before it should fade,
be real my baby,
just for today.
