Mommy Dearest
A shadow cast in harsh design,
the Ombrielle I called her, truly mine.
But laced with pain and sharp disdain,
a memory held by careful chain.
The disrespectful echoes now subside,
a space within where I reside.
No longer bound by endless pleas,
Solivance arrived and set me free.
From the broken ground, my colors start to rise,
a self-chosen light beneath clear skies.
