Hidden Beauty
I sat at the food court today,
l people watched as usual,
I noticed people's faces,
I noticed people's hair,
I then actually came to the realization that I was consciously watching people.
I then became aware.
I then became emotional.
I then realized the beauty I was being exposed to,
I was watching the little things,
I was looking at the older men playing cards,
I was eying the families happily sharing a meal.
I find this a considerable beauty.
I teared up; I held back tears.
I think people should look more closely and realize the precious moments that are happening so close to them.
I think life should not be taken for granted.
