Is it me or just my mind

Is it black or is it white?
Is it wrong or is it right?
Is it me, or just my mind,
Chasing answers hard to find?
Every thought begins to race,
Questions circling the same space,
Truth feels close, then slips away,
Changing form from day to day.
Some days I feel strong and sure,
Some days doubts feel far too pure,
I search for signs, I search for proof,
Yet find confusion as the truth.
If all these thoughts are part of me,
Then who am I meant to be?
Between the dark and flashes bright,
I learn to walk my own insight.
