A LETTER TO A LOVER TO CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE
Lady, in today's red-and-white sky,
I entrust your name to the winds of freedom,
because love is a small homeland,
where souls return unchained.
Lady, let us sow prayers,
so that tomorrow's children and grandchildren will be ready to harvest light
from the wounds and blood of our ancestors.
Lady, independence is not about a waving flag,
but about a heart that learns to love without colonizing or enslaving.

A CEREMONY CELEBRATING TEARS
On the temples of dusk,
tears light a candle that the sun never taught us.
We bow to wounds,
because they are merely cracked seeds before walking towards life.
Look, while the world is busy celebrating laughter,
the sky quietly crowns tears as another name for courage.

BELOVED: EDEN IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND (1)
Beloved, in the palm of your hand, Eden blossomed
before the wind knew the names of the leaves.
I surrendered my fatigue there
and God transformed them into a pair of birds
that returned home in my soul.
Because in the beginning,
love was not about possessing each other
but about becoming a garden for each other
when the world lost its seasons.

In your soul, Eden grew without fences
birds of prayer pecked at the seeds of light.
I embraced your silence
and God taught me
that heaven is not a distant place
but a heart that never tires
of becoming a home for love and forgiveness.
