The night is tired of the ancient wars,
the cold concrete where hope was made to lie.
We stand where shadow of the past pours
and seek a future charted in the sky.
?But look now—a hand reaches over the stone,
a right to speak that needs no spoken word.
A human right that is inherently known:
to walk in peace, a blessing to be heard.
?The architects of tomorrow are now born,
and every soul stands fighting at your side.
The new world is promised on a new morn,
not in a single, solitary ocean tide.
?A hundred histories are starting to mend,
and all our varied futures fly in the heart.
This new world is a journey we transcend;
it is a greater thing than any map's art.
?For too long, the voice was silenced out of fear,
the right to safety considered a mistake.
For too long, the silence has been sharp and clear,
the freedom we must rise and surely retake.
?We claim the earth with every breath we draw,
and recognize the equal dignity of all.
We write new statutes based on what we saw,
as the last of the ancient barriers fall.
?Let dialogue be the truce we can all keep,
a space where every voice finds a good start.
Let peace be the light that helps us truly see
the mirror of our one shared, beating heart.
