Silence

Quite
Why is it so quite
You say to yourself
After hearing the words
That are spoken 
You don’t cry 
You don’t lash out
You don’t disagree
You just stay silent
No matter what
Is going through your head
You stay silent
Through everything 
You stay silent
You bottle it all up
Because talking about it it hurts to much
You try and talk
But it feels like a lump in your throat
Preventing words from coming out
But you know that you need help
But you always keep it bottled up
But someday
It will come out
You’ll lash out
You’ll feel everything all at once
Then its to much so you just stop
And go back to being silent.
And eventually all that’s left is ,
Silence.
