Do I know you?
Is the question I've been asking this old soul
Tracing some path aimlessly with no goal
Who are you?
Is the question that should have an answer
However, The wit is sometimes bewildering ending up
with disbelief
Causes rise of inhibition underneath which has no
relief
Has risen so much, making it hard to breath
There is some cognizance of the scenario which
however has gone in vain
This character is fragile which was to conceal
Because there was no point for it to reveal
Going on and on aimlessly with no goal.
Discovering paths paved by others for me
Making it hard – who to be?
It took almost everything to be molded in a fine pot
But the ordeal scratched it without giving any second
thought
There is some perpetual blackness
Which was supposedly complemented by whites
For yin and yang to exist, a fallacy, nevertheless.
Hoped virtue to prevail the inhibition
But who knew
Who knew it'd defile my ambition?
Looking for a shelter to hide all the emotion
Wondering how to put it all in a box
Going on and on aimlessly with no goal
Finally, reaching a door with exhaustion
With the urge to embrace this old soul
Finding this self-esteem starts with a frown.
And yet again going on and on aimlessly with no goal.
