Freedom Will Live

Not all that’s good is praised with grace,
Nor all who lead are truly great,
And stone may stand through time and space,
Strong realms resist corruptions fate,

Our Lady's torch be now awoken,
Her pledge lives on in all our souls,
Renew the hope that was once stolen,
The people rise to claim their roles.

(This poem was inspired by and written in the same form as Tolkien's "Strider's Riddle." I encourage anyone who reads this to read what inspired it).
