Fruit

The fruit does bear the darkest hearts desire
Makes clear the need for cleansing fire
Is wrong not right in lusts delight
Does blind temptation believe it sight
Can healing come to those maligned
By the weakness which is from your kind
By grace I endure the suffering of pain
In the wisdom of love I shall remain
For there tis evil made of no avail
For in the plan of God all ends well
