Gray Skies
The day has no meaning without the rain.
Luscious, dark clouds awaken life in me.
The smell of a storm brings peace within.
Admiring the sound of the drops crashing onto different surfaces.
The day has no meaning without the rain.
Time slowing down expressing gratitude toward this Earth cleansing experience.
This outburst from above feels like home on my skin.
Hoping deluge will stay, but aware blue skies will return.
