Through you eyes

	
through your eyes
the world seems tender and kind,
through your eyes
i can see the rays
of the sun warming your face,
through your eyes
i see myself with blinded eyes,
through your eyes
i feel your gentle gaze
caressing my soul,
through your eyes
i am made whole,
through your eyes
love is unweavering and kind,
through your eyes
the ocean is made wide,
through your eyes
the river never rages,
through your eyes
the troubles of this life are few,
through your eyes,
our souls can sing,
through you eyes,
the smile of a child brings complete joy,
through your eyes
together we stand tall,
through your eyes
i have peace and contentment,
through your eyes
is where i know love abides,
only through your eyes.
