A Glimpse

A Glimpse

Can a small glimpse of Jesus
Make a difference for my life?
Can a small glimpse of Jesus
Set me free from lots of strife?

When uncertainty surrounds me
Can a glimpse of Jesus bring hope?
When I feel trapped and so useless
Can a small glimpse of Jesus help me cope?

But where can a glimpse appear?
Where should I look, or what should I do
To get a small vision of Jesus my Lord?
Turn to the Scripture! He’s always right there.

Just open at random, care not about where.
You might be surprised at the words that are there.
For truth is sure placed all exact in your sight.
A small glimpse of Jesus transforming your life!

John, your lovely poem titled beautifully captures the yearning for comfort and guidance through faith. It poses reflective questions about the impact of faith and encourages seeking solace in scripture. It's a touching reminder of how even a small moment of faith can lead to positive change.
