Whats the Matter?

I wake up in the morning with a small finger in my nose.
All the kids in my bed, and 3 dogs on my toes.
Where today will take me I can't tell you.
I get up to feed the kids and slip on a puddle of glue
After the kids are fed, I really want to go back to bed
Instead I make a pot of brew and
Make out my list of things to do
It didn't take long for Daniel to finish eating it
Kids are all screaming and I'am yelling beat it
some peace and quiet would be great but
I don't get that till its to late
I got pudding in my hair, Water on the floor
Who is knocking at the door?
I can't find my hair brush, Can't find the keys
Can't find the monster throwing the peas
Ryans under the table laughing at me
Cody ate all the cookies and has a tummy ache
I just heard something in the other room break
Here comes grandma with a bucket full of candy
The bucket might be handy,
When they are throwing up because their tummy's full of junk
In comes Cody yelling "Ericks in the trunk"
I go to get him out and
When I turn around
Ryan is covered in mud
Cody is throwing spuds
Daniels in the flour and
Erick just got flying powers and
Every One is always asking whats the matter

I want to dedicate this poem to my kids Ryan (8) Cody(5) Erick (4) Daniel(23 Months) They
are my Inspiration for poems like this one. thanx for reading
