Pillow talk
Thoughts keep me awake at night,
Can't breathe 'cause my chest feels tight.
I keep hearing "you'll be alright,"
But that doesn't stop the thoughts at night.
Happiness just doesn't seem right,
Always feeling fight or flight.
I can't stop these thoughts at night,
Haunting me till the morning light.
Hoping for a future that looks bright,
How do I stop these thoughts at night?
