The Truth
I've been through a lot but I'm proud of it.
I've lived through tough times but I'm out of it
I've gotten lots of praise but I'm tired of it
I've tried to stay strong but I'm full of it.
I've tried to fight back but I'm scared of it.
The truth is I'm not strong
The truth is I'm not tough
The truth is I'm struggling to understand myself
All I can do is pretend.
