death note





slowly,
her knuckled cracked eons
into buckets
of whitewashed lies
and her sigh elongated 
into dainty icicles
that hung around
her neck
like a noose
which slowly sliced open
Pandora's box
of poetry and she, cried,
sonnets in the winter
