Anxiety

First of all some people believe anxiety doesn’t exist
It exists
I have it
I feel it
I experience it
I live with it
It’s a creepy date, we meet at the same time and I want it go away
It’s a bully messaging me seeing how I’m doing after they bullied me
It starts at the throat and works it way down to the pit of my stomach
I want to cry but I can’t because anxiety doesn’t make u cry, it makes a person sick
Physically sick
Mentally sick
The worst part of it all is that people just watch the uncomfortableness unfold in front of them
Anxiety
