Hiding Place

Walking in my awakening.
A new understanding
to embrace.
The sunshine glistening
upon my face.
Harmonious music with bass.
Hearing the choir sing
Amazing Grace.
Reaching a new point
in my life in an entirely new place.
No longer carrying the burdens
of yesterday around my waist.
Finding comfort and solitude
in my hiding place.
