My Final Thought

It's time to get up
It's time to move on
The memories were nice
But that time is gone

The many candles flickered
A most beautiful light
Then you blew the flame out
I guess it got too bright

With you I was someone
I had never been before
Someone who was hurting
Yet was always wanting more

But this version of me
Is no longer the same.
Goodbye poetry soup
Goodbye Jane.
