Black Lion

Black Lion roar,
behold the king my peers has come through the door
The mighty sing
A thunderous ring
So still in the night the fear it shall bring
Catch me for I am a broken thing
So will you not see
for I am to be
The one who is chosen has fell to its knee
I am the key
You always new it was me
The original of the world
Is who I will always be.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed. (Please check definition of ABC as poetry form).

You're confident, and that's a very good quality, indeed. I can hear you "Roar," and I'm not frightened. Welcome to Poetry Soup. My best to you. ~ Brandy
