Anywhere But Here

I wish I could just disappear.
Unzip my skin and leave it here.
I'd just float around until I
Found a place where I belonged.
No one understands me,
And everything just keeps going wrong.
I want to run away,
But there's nowhere to go.
North or South,
East or West.
It doesn't matter.
Anywhere but here would
Probably be best.
Why does everything have
To be so messed up?
I wish I could just give up.
Someday I'll come to peace
With everything.
I just hope that everything will
Come to peace with me.
