Mother Nature
Mother Nature
A Poem by Arayelle Peach
The painted blue sky, all shimmered with white,
How it deepens the forest on a sunken blue night,
How it sways and dances, like me and you,
As if it's stayed for decades watching life pass through.
Misty wet weather doesn't bother at all,
Always and forever you make my heart drawl,
Like a mother who nurtures their child,
Or leaves so curved, they form a great smile.
As green as an emerald found under the midst,
Like an emerald you glow, as if moonlight-kissed.
Where the animals jump, play, and feast,
The damp dirty ground so sludgy and greased.
Could you Love anything else? That I would wager,
Safe at home with grass and trees amongst mother nature.
