Description of Melancholy

How heart wrenching it is!

That you wanted to be missed

Aching for your voice

Or just your presence.

It hurts,

It's lonely,

You have everyone that loves you

But you're still alone.

I'm weeping around these people

But none to care.

They never asked; they never will.

I think this is what melancholy feels like.
