A Victorian Christmas
Out in the streets,
A Church bell cries
Under a misletoe,
A couple shares a delightful surprise
Marking the advent of dusk
Streetlights ignite
Flaunting the excitements
Of the christmas that lies
A family joins around the christmas tree,
Ready to enjoy their company on this charming eve
Handmade gifts light jubilant smiles
Changing time on tiny sun dials
Laughs and smiles come to a subtle end
Midnight approaches, but night can’t kill the Christmas trend
A Christmas morning awaits
So does a grand feast at the nights haste
All await
Night finally falls on the long awaited Christmas
Children rush under the rousing tree
Christmas crackers, gilded walnuts, paper flowers what could it possibly be?
A eloquent dinner table lays in its glory
Flavors united concealed in a sheet like nori
In the core of the table,
A delightful bird lays
Turkey, goose, sprouts or mince
What more could you want of this beautiful graze?
Out in the streets, A silent night it is
Carolers knock on doors giving dusk a little biz
Gathering the Holy people ‘oh it is
A Victorian Christmas
Light and cozy
A home decorated oh so homey
