Why?
There have been times
when people decided for me
the right or wrong
they knew better than me
I was young
and very immature
"You've not seen the world"
was a great excuse
Years later,
things still haven't changed
I have no say
in any decision made
Even when it's meant
for myself....
Do I not have any right
in my own life?
And if somehow I try
They say I'm adamant
"Why don't you listen to us?"
is where the conversation ends
