Widow Maker

The recipient
Weathered expectations
The heaviness was unable to hold.
I fell. Not on purpose.
I was new to this too.
My warmth was a mystery.
You saw me crumble.
I never meant to be apart of so much damage.
I slipped.
The adrenaline was enticing.
All power lost.
Never trust
Texas weather
