Math Men

Our blood is pumping through our veins
Scream the brains
Unrestrained
There are pieces they can’t explain
Screams my brain
Through their constrain

They force their truth every year
To make their books and
ease our fear
Their ignorance is all I hear
And drown with beer
To ease my fear

Universally we all believe
Catching wisdom with a sieve
PHD’s to receive
Funded action without reprieve

And so I watch with tearful eye
Flinching from that too blue sky
Tension always lingers by
They’ve missed the “why”
They’ve missed the “why”

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
