The Vase

Four pieces
Three shards fit together, the other
Gone
Useless urn
Helpless as tears
Drain through, blood
Flows out
Without
Stop
But then
Blood clots
Miracle!
Torrent to river to trickle until
The hole holds
Souls full, but
The vase remains
Forever broken
Never whole
Or full
again
