THANKSGIVING

Thanksgiving a habit should be
With each and ev’ry day of life -
‘Twould help us avoid so much strife.

As all of God’s blessings we see,
Many prayers of thanks we could say,
And many more with each new day.

Lovely flower and stately tree,
Natural beauty all around -
Bountiful blessings do abound!

Many more gifts for you and me -
Family and friends give us love,
As does our God from heav’n above.

Truly and richly blessed are we;
Complaining should stay in the past
And on our lives no shadow cast.
