Halloween

Halloween

Dark and orange everywhere
Cackling witches that love to scare
Bring your friends from far and near
It’s the scariest spookiest season of the year!

Ghost, ghouls and goblins galore
Jack-O-Lanterns at your door
Werewolves howling through the night
Frightening the little ones out of sight

The Weird Sisters have cast their spell
Dancing around their cauldron, hot as hell
They're upto no good, they seek blood and death
Are they the ones who killed Macbeth?

The Harvest moon glows eerily tonight
Tombstones unearthed beneath the moonlight
Trick or treaters, beware of where you've been
On this freaky, frightening night of Halloween!

Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
