The Battle
The battle between this heart and mind
Oh god! It just sucks sometimes
That why we have to explain it everytime
Why sometimes, this heart demands something
To which the mind deny confronting
Its strange, that how some days,
We just totally slay
But there are days,
When we do nothing and just stay
Some days, we have a lot lot to say
And, at the same time there are days
When we just choose not to talk
And would even choose a simple silent walk
And the situation
Where with due precaution
We want to say a lot
But suddenly there occurs a draught
A draught of words
Amd once again, silence is preferred
Sometimes, all these philosophical thoughts
Don't convince us much
But sometimes, we just think too much
Sometimes trying hard to forget something
But then getting caught in the eternal circle of thinking
Sometimes, someone makes us feel
Like our heart says yes! this is the one
But then comes the mind,
And it says, hey! hey! take some time
And we broader our vision to reach a decision
This dilemma is there
As deep inside we all are rambling here and there
For that someone who not only understand the vocal
But also the unspoken
Sometimes, we feel a lot
But dont know how to express
As, this heart is prone to feelings
But this mind focuses on meaning
But, it's okay! as at the end
These both find a way to blend
This battle which we keep fighting inside
Is much more tiring than the one going outside
This battle between this most powerful weapon
And this feeling dominated beacon
Is full of adventure amd chasm
But at the end, we enjoy all this with open arms
