Love

Love is a glass of wine
With tart but tender taste.
We know that mustn't cross the line
But glass of wine will soon be waste.

Love is a sea
That covers us like a wave
It opens world u didn't see
But u become a slave.

It's like a game with cruel rules.
It burns inside the heart.
And everyone can win or loose
It's not depend on smart.

So u can choose the way of life:
The short way gives u hope and light.
To choose hard way means go by knife
But who can tell u what is right..?

Thanks for sharing this. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." God bless you.
